LeaderCangrejeras delivered the eleventh victory. This time they beat 9th ranked Leonas (4-10) 78-69 in Santurce. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. American forward Shae Kelley (185-1991, college: Minnesota) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 25 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international point guard Dayshalee Salaman (163-1990, college: LMU) contributed with 13 points and 9 assists for the winners. Cangrejeras' coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. American guard Talia von Oelhoffen (180-2002, college: USC, agency: Next Page Sports) answered with 24 points and 7 rebounds and the other American import forward Dariauna Lewis (185-2000, college: Syracuse) added 17 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Leonas. Five Santurce and four Leonas players scored in double figures. Cangrejeras (11-3) have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place. Newly promoted Leonas keep the ninth position with ten games lost.
